I swear I hate this world so much.
Today my close friend told me that her own dad SA’d her when she was between 6 and 9 years old. And the worst part? This isn’t even the first time I’ve heard something like this. It just makes me sick.
I’m disgusted by people who actually think it’s okay to treat kids like that.
I’m disgusted by the system that can’t even keep a child safe.
And honestly, I’m disgusted with myself for not being able to do anything to help her because we’re so far apart.
If anyone ever dares to tell me “there’s justice in the world,” I swear I’ll spit in their face.
There was no justice. There isn’t any. And honestly, it feels like there never will be.
