First of all, check if you entered your email correctly. Then check to see if the email ended up in your Spam folder. Perhaps your mail server has not yet processed the letter, so please wait a bit (10-15 minutes). If you still haven't received the email, try registering again.

You can recover or change your password through the password recovery page. On the page, enter your email to which the account was registered. You will then receive an email with a link to a new password entry form.
